Michael Toliver is CEO and president of The Catalyst Company. He frequently speaks to corporate executives and academics about the value of business management surrounding the professional athlete.  After graduating from North Carolina A&T University with a degree in Public Relations, he spent 9 years as an NFLPA certified contract advisor, playing an integral role in the negotiations of multimillion dollar deals.

Frustrated by the lack of discipline surrounding the finances of many athletes, Mike felt he could do more good by devoting his talents to managing the business affairs of professional athletes full time. He takes a special interest in educating his clients, as he walks them through their personal financial management. Understanding the considerable pressure a professional athlete and his/her family may face, Mike built The Catalyst Company to not just manage the athlete but to also include the extended personal & professional family.
